The Civil Designer career slits into two branches the Civic Planner and the Green Technician. If you want to build your fabrication skill go Green technician However if you want to earn twice as much then head for Civic Planner as there is nearly 1,500 simoleon wage difference at level 10 of each branch. Also to note the Green Technician branch will give you the Smog Vacuum to change the neighbour hood foot print. This career has the choice of go to work or work from home.
Tip ~ To acquire recycling materials use a recycling machine found in buy mode or one of the community lots, anything in your sims inventory or house inventory can be recycled for different amounts of bits and pieces.
Tip ~ To Draft a Municipal Concept go to the Electronic Drafting Tablet that will be in your sims inventory at promotion Architectural Apprentice.
Tip ~ SMOG VACUUM I will do a separate post for this, however quickly logic skill needs to be high. draft a concept, present concept, send concept via mail box, wait for a day. If you concept impressed the boss then you will unlock a new item on the fabricator. It should be noted that it does not appear to matter how many you submit in a single day, as you will only received one notification from the boss. I DO NOT KNOW if the game will just take the best or if the game takes the first one that you submit. If you know let me know in the comments so I can update.
